A. The investment by way of a loan is a minimum of 3 months and after this you just give us 30 days notice. You may lose some of your accrued interest if you pull out funds in the first year.

Q. What are the risks?

A. There are quite a number of risks and we have considered as many of the them as we could and put safeguards in place. For example the Accountancy may burn down. Joking aside, Accountants seldom fall into administration

Thankfully your investment is spread across multiple Accountants all across the UK and the impact of a failed branch would be negligible. You should also read our full risk warnings at the end of every page.

Q. What if you only acquire 6 and not 50 Accountants?

A. In this very unlikely event then we would either just retain the business or sell the business for less than the amount we would receive with our target number. Even with only 6 our turnover would be circa £30m and we could still command a considerable uplift in the amount we paid for the Accountancy.

Q Do you do Money Laundering checks?

A. Yes we do. You need to send in your driving licence and a recent bank statement or utility bill.

Q. If your business or the Accountancy business folds what happens to my money?

A. In this extremely unlikely event, you or your company has a charge over the assets that includes property and as such during the Liquidation you should be able to recover your money. We have ensured that the amount of external investment is at a low level of the asset value to ensure that even if the business were to fail, our investors would be safe.

A. Yes of course, this is something we would be happy to talk to you about and even do a Joint Venture with you. This way you can tap into our vast knowledge and experience.

A. We are currently considering either a Franchise or a licensing model of both the business buying and investments models. If you have enquired about Franchising then we will be in touch when this service becomes live.

A. Technically yes but considering that you will benefit from investing in multiple  trading companies in a buoyant market in a sector that is required by most businesses,  losing any of your money is extremely unlikely.
